Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan Sederhana bagi Kelompok Usaha Masyarakat dalam Mendukung Kemandirian Ekonomi
Abstract
Simple financial management training for community business groups is a practical strategy to strengthen economic independence, especially for micro and small enterprises that often operate with informal records and mixed personal–business finances. This library research synthesizes authoritative national statistics and international competency frameworks to formulate a mentoring-oriented training design. Using thematic content analysis, the study highlights key financial management competencies (cash flow, budgeting, basic bookkeeping, cost calculation, pricing, debt management, savings, and risk awareness), and proposes a staged training model suitable for community groups. The paper also outlines measurable indicators for evaluating training outcomes and sustainability through peer support and periodic mentoring.
